We provide regular services to our sister company in Australia and this month saw us launch a discount certificate website for the car servicing sector in Australia.
Major garages are invloved including Bridgestone, Goodyear and Midas.
For our part on top of our usual website template build, we also did some work integrating Google Maps into the site, adding some bespoke code to create unique markers for each garage and using the 'pan' technique to scroll to each marker when a garage name is clicked on from a list outside of the map.
It was great to work on a project where jQuery was used to enhance the user experience. Integrating Google Maps with your site can be really effective and is free for most site owners (if your content is made freely available to public users).
