Consumer Finance Claims Ltd offer financial services including reclaiming mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and debt management services.

They had a current online advertising strategy using Google Adwords which drove many visitors to their site. The conversion from site visitor to signed-up customer however was particularly low.

We discussed their requirements and came up with a design and site structure that would help maximise conversion rate.

This was site 1 of a two site strategy and techniques were used in building the site that made duplicating the overall structure and adding a new look for a second site easy.

Clear 'call to action' areas were introduced, an easy to use application form was built and the overall design was improved to give a professional and reassuring look and feel to the site.
